Our Team
We pride ourselves at the Young Ones with being both friendly and welcoming. This can only be achieved by a dedicated hardworking team of nursery nurses and support staff.
Many of our staff have been with us for many years and we highly value this continuity and experience.
We are very keen on keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in childcare and believe both on the job training and off site training are essential to maintaining the high standards we have set ourselves.
All of our staff at Young Ones are qualified or are working towards a childcare qualification. We will actively support any of our staff who would like to further their knowlege of childcare and playwork.
We regularly have nursery social events for the staff members and often link up with our 'sister' nursery 'Sunflowers'. Recent trips have included bowling and a trip on the Black Country Beer Bus!
